Retrying or leaving a stage

Tap Pause during play. Retry stage starts the current attempt again. Cancel stage discards unfinished work. Save and leave keeps the attempt so you can continue later. Completed creations and rewards remain.

A purchase hasn't appeared

Open Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. A purchase waiting for Ask to Buy approval is delivered after Apple approves it. Avoid purchasing the same item again while its status is uncertain.

Permanent purchases and active memberships can be restored when Apple makes them available. Used consumable boosts are not replenished by Restore purchases; an unfinished purchase can be delivered once. If the item is still missing, email support with the product name and what the app shows.

Moving devices or reinstalling

Game progress, scores and creation records are saved on your device. There is no automatic cross-device game sync. An eligible iPhone backup or device transfer may recover app data, but purchase restoration alone does not recover your game progress.

Before removing the app or changing devices, export a Studio backup in Settings. Import that file to recover kept creations, displays and album history. This is a Studio backup, not a complete Journey backup. Keep the file somewhere you can access later.

Albums and themed sets

Open Studio → Albums and choose an album, then tap Start free. Every album has 20 free objectives and four free rewards. Its optional permanent themed set adds a scene, a postcard and a decoration immediately, with more decorations and a pump to earn as you complete objectives.

Your progress counts before buying. Purchasing later delivers the premium rewards you've already earned. Albums have no expiry. Creations and family recipes continue to unlock through Journey.

Finishes and Studio Club

Boutique → Finishes lets you preview and equip finishes. Some can also be earned with petals. Permanent purchases and earned finishes stay yours.

Studio Club is optional and renews automatically until canceled. It provides finish access and unlimited eligible boosts while active; paid album sets are separate. Use Settings → Manage membership, or your Apple Account subscription settings, to manage or cancel it. Deleting Squeak does not cancel a subscription.

Sound, music and haptics

Open Settings to change sound volume, switch Music & chimes off, or disable Haptics. Haptic strength has its own control. Animations follow your iPhone's Reduce Motion setting.

Resetting progress

Settings → Reset progress restarts Journey, Collection records, ordinary saved attempts and earned petals. It preserves kept Studio creations, displays, albums, purchases, inventory and settings. Export a Studio backup before removing the app.
